The criterion for awarding the Carbon Neutral stamp: only where a customer is carbon neutral as a result of offsets that are purchased from any project that is accredited under the following process and which has been registered as an offset project under the Carbon Protocol of South Africa:

Carbon Project owners need to apply to become members of the Carbon Protocol of South Africa. This can be done by filling in our online application form. There will be a fee of R1000 to register a project with the Carbon Protocol of South Africa and use the Carbon Protocol of South Africa stamp. The Carbon Protocol will only accept projects that fulfill the following requirements as set out in the Carbon Protocol document. Only companies that use these project offsets will be allowed to use the Carbon Protocol Logo and claim carbon neutrality.  Click here to fill in the application form.
